Netivot Urban Renewal

Netivot city had developed gradually and organically without a proper planning grid.
our adventure is to strengthenn and Highlight the uniqueness of the existing
city while renewing the neglected tissue.

In this plan we would want to challenge the perception of homogenous use, accumulating various new programmatic uses over time.

we attempt to strengthen and emphasize the quality, rather than the use, of each area along the strip to create a wide variety of urban habitations.
